What is the meaning of a healthy relationship?

- Healthy relation is a relation where you are free, happy, and mainly mature. Respect and equality are from both sides there is no manipulation, no jealousy if one of them can't give time then they have mutual understanding instead of fighting. In a healthy relationship, you only fight when it's very important. 
      A healthy relationship involves trust, loyalty, honesty, love, understanding, maturity, and many more.
You can be you that person is going to love you as you are you don't need to change your personality instead that person will shape your personality more in a positive way. You need to love yourself first to love someone else. 





What is the meaning of a toxic relationship?
- A toxic relationship is a relationship characterized by behaviors on the part of the toxic partner that are emotionally and, not infrequently, physically damaging to their partner.
You feel like you’re being manipulated into something you don’t want to do. The line between healthy and unhealthy relationships can be quickly crossed and it may be difficult to identify, even with signs that might seem obvious to others.



  
Relationships play a very important role in self-care and self-love.
 In a toxic relationship, people stop caring about themselves they don't care about their feelings the world is surrounded by that one person who is continuously controlling them which is not appropriate in a relationship. 
        Whereas in a healthy relationship you love yourself first and your better half respects that and follow the same thing.

Impacts of a healthy relationship in your life.
-  Better health (physical & mental )
-   good hygiene ( you will care about your hygiene you will have a skincare routine, morning routine, and many more )
-   Successful career ( that relation will help you built a successful career by supporting and helping you)
-   good support system (will be there for you no matter what )
-   reduce stress (makes you feel relax even after a bad day )
-   Confidence 

Impacts of a Toxic relationship in your life.
-Poor health ( both mentally & physically )
-poor hygiene ( you will not even get out of bed instead you will be crying )
-No career ( If you keep investing time and energy in things which ain't worth it then you will realize that it's late and your career is over )
-Increase street and anxiety 
- low level of confidence ( you will doubt yourself in a toxic relationship )

Dear boys and girls non of us deserve a toxic relationship it's better to stay single instead of staying in such a relationship where there is no value. Don't feel as if you don't deserve a healthy relationship you do love yourself and always try finding good people in life.
