Self-care when stressed
What is your favorite thing to do when you are stressed?
->Talk to someone or take a walk listen to music
Or Are you too stressed to de-stress
-Are you too stressed that you even don't have that much energy to have anything right now then let me tell you that firstly self-care is the decision that you can make. This is true that it will take some effort but we can do anything for our own sake.
Take a break from your work-taking breaks is helpful for your brain.Turn a bad mood into a good mood- sometimes we got a bad day or a bad mood but some little things can make us happy so why not try it on.
